Since the economic crisis, the competition between enterprises increased fiercely, enterprises pay more attention on costs, increase income and reduce expenditure. The enterprises mostly pay attention to the direct materials because it contributes the most spend in the purchasing area. In general, the indirect material purchasing cost accounts less than 20% of total cost of enterprises purchasing cost, so it was neglected for a long time. Many companies even do not have indirect material purchasing team, it was handled by each department directly. As the capability and cost increased, the problems were appeared during the daily opration management. Therefore, more and more enterprises pay attention to this topic, the indirect material purchasing has been more researchable and concernable.T Company is a multinational manufacturing enterprises. The thesis depend on the background of T Company indirect purchasing development. Mainly study on how to optimize the process, improve the mode of supplier management and better manage the outsourcing company. For raise up procurement efficiency and improve the satisfaction from both internal and external customers.This paper respective analysis from the 3 indicators includes process, supplier management and outsourcing company management which affect the sticking points of the procurement effiency, put forward the necessity of improvement. Given the paths and measures through the analysis and tools, also analyzed the implementation effect.T Company has a progressive indirect purchasing management mode. By combined the internal and outsourcing management and integrated with data analysis, probed into how to improve the purchasing effectiveness depend the existing mode, proposed the realized routes and measurement. Came out with the feasible solution on how to improve the effectiveness in order to promote the indirect procurement efficiency and explore the new revelation to the similar corporate.
