| Under the current global economy facing the pressure of recession,the international situation is turbulent,and the international environment full of uncertainties in economic development,enhancing the endogenous power and reliability of the domestic cycle has become the background of domestic economic development,and the promotion of consumption is to expand the focus of domestic demand.As the most representative industry in the consumer industry,the catering industry has been negatively affected by health incidents in recent years.How the catering industry can withstand the impact and continue to grow under the dual pressures at home and abroad is a severe challenge that catering practitioners need to face.Therefore,stimulating vitality and cultivating internal skills to improve the ability to resist risks against changes in the external environment is a major issue facing catering companies.BS Company is a large-scale chain catering brand enterprise with foreign capital entering the country after the Reform and Opening-up.After more than 30 years of operation in China,it is in the leading position in the industry in terms of scale,influence and market value.Enterprises with foreign capital background did once represent an advanced production and operation management model,but due to factors such as dynamic changes in the market and weak barriers in the catering industry,more and more investors have entered the market,making BS Company’s leadership continues to be challenged.If still stick to the existing management mode,it will hinder the development of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to meet the challenges and continuously enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the innovation of the company’s internal management is imperative.In the operation and management of the enterprise,the supply chain team that organize internal and external resources to connect production,operation,marketing,finance,personnel and other functional subjects has shown increasing influence on the steady development of the enterprise,and more and more management utility.Purchasing management in the supply chain not only plays a role in ensuring supply and promoting development for the company,but is also the focus of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.This article focuses on the indirect procurement management practice in the study of procurement,and follows the approach of raising,analyzing,and solving problems to study the indirect procurement management of BS Southwest Company.Firstly,put forward the background and significance of the research,and then determine the research framework and methods of this topic;secondly,collect,organize,and summarize the literature in the fields of management,supply chain,and procurement management as the theoretical basis of the article;then,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environment faced by BS Company’s indirect procurement.Based on the current situation within the enterprise and the summary of procurement management development trends through theoretical and literature research mentioned above,this study focus on analyzing organizational structure construction,procurement process,procurement information system,and supplier management,and carry out targeted in-depth interviews based on these,to understand the internal and external situation and serve as the focus of optimizing the indirect procurement direction of BS Southwest Company.Afterwards,analyze each of the four issues and propose solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation.Finally,summarize the research,and also look forward to the future research and development direction of this field.During the writing of this thesis,the indirect procurement department of BS Southwest Company is in the period of business adjustment,so the optimization ideas and some improvement schemes proposed in this thesis have been applied and verified the implementation effect.I hope the research in this thesis can be used as a reference for the indirect procurement management of other similar enterprises. |
