In the background of economic globalization,enterprises are facing enormous challenges and an increasingly fierce competition from other enterprises.In order to achieve a rapid development,the enterprise should realize the powerful impetus of lean management,and keep up with the pace of information and intellectualization development,focusing on open competition and cooperative competition in challenges.Procurement is a key role in enterprise management for enterprise,while indirect material procurement has long been neglected by enterprises both at home and abroad.As indirect material procurement is pertinent to many different kinds of suppliers due to its variety of materials,so it renders a low efficiency and a complex process for enterprise in indirect material procurement.For the manufacturing enterprises,the indirect procurement of materials could be significantly improved.Actually,an increasing number of enterprises realize the importance of indirect material procurement in the enhancement of enterprise operation efficiency and saving cost.So this paper will analyze how to efficiently optimize indirect material procurement in enterprise.This paper will take Enterprise B as an example,and the research will carry out as follows:(1)This thesis applies relevant theory of Supply Chain Management to study Enterprise B in the four aspects of procurement organization structure,material classification,procurement process,supplier management,and summarizes the problems in indirect material procurement of Enterprise B.(2)In order to handle the problems of Enterprise B and optimize indirect material procurement management,this paper suggests that decentralized purchasing model of Enterprise B could be changed into mixed purchasing mode by the classification method of Kraljic and ABC Classification method from the perspectives of purchasing value and purchasing risks to create procurement project classification positioning model.That is to say,indirect material procurement in the enterprise will be rationally classified on which purchase management strategy about all kinds of materials will be discussed.So the current purchase procedures of Enterprise B will be optimized.Finally,about the supplier management,this paper finds that a specific supplier performance assessment indicators and analytic hierarchy process help to choose and assess suppliers.This thesis puts forward optimization plan based on the real situation of Enterprise B to provide reference for indirect material procurement management.
