In order to maintain the competitiveness and seek breakthrough under the more increasing competitive pressure of market. Manufacturing companies are trying to use mass customization supply chain model to combine both mass production and customization production mode to maxim both advantages. To meet customers’demand maximally and guarantee economic efficiency, to further enhance customer satisfaction and enhance enterprise competitiveness.The key point and the most difficulty of mass customization is how to handle the scale production between customers’ personalized requirements properly, the contradiction becomes a more serious case when customers’ demand is highly personalized. Which is a bottleneck that restricts the development of the mass customization. It is a very complicated and highly dynamic system. Each of its members is changing in a real time; researchers began to use simulation technology to simulate the characteristics of this system to produce auxiliary decision-making. In this paper, by building a system dynamics model of mass customization and using VENSIM_PLE software to simulate. Firstly, this paper introduced the mass customization supply chain and system dynamics in the field of related theory background; after that, through created a mathematical model based on different CODP. And use this model to analyze which production modes fits the characteristics of mass customization supply chain model mostly. Then draw the feedback diagram and system flow diagram by mathematical model’s result. Finally design experiments that combined 5 kinds of demand and production strategy to analyze the advantage of mass customization system under different circumstances and characteristics, and give the optimization suggestions accordingly.The innovation of this paper shows as bellows:before build the system dynamics model, I establish the mathematical model to guide it and find a more scientific method to describe the mass customization supply chain. Besides that, after the mass customization model was established, through different experimental scheme design and analysis to find the existing advantages and deficiencies can be improved. Which further enrich the theory of mass customization supply chain applications, and optimization the enterprises’ actual production based on the measures.
