It’s a prerequisites that having the right talent of the effective integration for various resources configuration. How to recruit the right people, and how to screen and retain the right people, it related to the formation of core competitiveness and long-term development. Probation staff in the enterprise is a group which is special but important. Because that almost all employees need to go through a trial period of assessment before deciding to stay or not, in other words, probation staff assessment affects the structure of the company’s human capital. To solve the problem of new employees into the enterprise information asymmetry, it’s necessary to corporate probation period for new employees performance evaluation which in order to test their ability to position degree of compliance. But in the daily management, human resource managers seem not to give enough attention on this issue.Firstly, this paper acquired a basic competency model containing 31 competency factors through a small-scale survey of the probation staff, and it as a basis for the preparation of a large-scale enclosed questionnaire and distributed 300 copies, then received a total of 266 valid questionnaires then the questionnaire data using SPSS 22 and AMOS 17 quantitative analysis. The first analys is an extraction of 5 factors by exploratory factor constructed probation staff competency model, and then this paper proves the rationality of this five-dimensional model by confirmatory factor analysis resistance, and obtained by various factors and indicators of AHP weights. Hoping to give the company’s human resource management provides a valuable reference for scientific probation staff appraisal tools. Conclusion In this paper were as follows:Probation staff competency model is a five-dimensional model which includes the knowledge and skills, team building, self-awareness, personality traits, personal motives. Knowledge and skills dimension contains 4 indicators which are grasping of professional knowledge, information-gathering capabilities, skilled use of computers and networks, continuous learning; team-building dimension contains 8 indicators which are expressing skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, management and leadership skills, independence, execution strength, resilience, logical thinking ability; self-awareness dimensions include 7 indicators which are prudence, self-control, self-reflection, attitude, emotion management, entrepreneurial spirit, to have a clear career plan seven indicators; personality traits dimension contains 4 indicators which are positive and optimistic,positive and optimistic personality package, compressive strength, honesty, responsibility; personal motives dimensions include 3 indicators which are corporate loyalty, sense of mission team, the desire for achievement level.
