Due to the rapid development of the domestic market economy, banking services generated a tremendous change. Since our accession to the WTO, opening up the domestic market, growing economy, the world economy fair competition and common development of a new framework for the market economy. In addition, with the Internet technology globalization and the financial services industry pattern has undergone tremendous changes.Important features of traditional domestic financial services industry is reflected in:(1) Bank branch outlets;(2) the regional distribution is wide. However, due to the rapid development of the network, information science and technology, the original of these advantages was a huge hit. On the other hand, with the gradual increase levels of customer identification, customer business requirements also have higher requirements, thus increasing the competitive pressure on the financial sector. On the one hand due to the increasingly fierce market competition, on the other hand with the upgrading of the level of customer bargaining, which the financial services industry raised new demands. The new focus is reflected in the requirements: requires domestic financial institutions to customers as the center, starting from the customer, the use of customer relationship management theories, methods and tools to control the customer, to provide customers better service. Customer relationship management is a new management concept, transformed the relationship between financial institutions and customers, it is possible to enhance the market competitiveness of financial institutions, broaden financial institutions to enhance the effectiveness of space, enhance the level of profitability of financial institutions.
