If we do not find new energy to replace fossil fuels, the position of human beings will become unimaginable, so the development of wind power and solar energy and other new energy sources is very necessary.In recent years, large-scale development of wind power has replaced the part of non renewable energy, 2015 statistics show that China’s wind power installed capacity has reached 186.4 billion kilowatts, accounting for 3.3% of the total generating capacity of, and solar energy installed capacity is only 43.18 million kilowatts, relative other countries concerned, China has vigorously promoted in the direction of the development of wind power, solar energy and other new energy still need to intensify. Solar power generation is a new and renewable energy technology, which is mainly used in the industrial application of solar photovoltaic power generation and solar thermal power generation. Solar photovoltaic power generation has the characteristics of modularization, installation and maintenance, convenient and flexible use mode, and it is the most widely used technology for solar power generation. Solar thermal power generation is the use of the thermal system, and then the traditional steam power generation equipment, industrial demonstration projects began to increase in recent years. Due to solar power is in China in recent years, the rise of new project, because of the lack of relevant experience, so in project development and management still exist many uncontrollable factors, resulting in the project after the operation for power generation is not up to the design phase of the expected effect. In view of this problem, the actual case is used to analyze and study the problems in the implementation process of the project, and put forward relevant measures to optimize the implementation of the project.This paper is mainly to Datang new energy Limin 20 MWp photovoltaic power generation project as an example, to optimize the design of the full range, so as to effectively reduce the project cost, from electrical equipment bidding, light resource location, each set of power transmission line construction design and maintenance of road design and construction organization design and optimization, through reasonable control of project cost. The optimization design of the project, the project can control the overall analysis, according to the resource quality, equipment market price and cost comparison, determine the optimal scheme of resource benign and low cost, high efficiency, and provide scientific basis for enterprise investment, can achieve accurate positioning, low investment and high efficiency. To avoid unnecessary investment enterprises everywhere caused losses.Datang new energy Limin 20 mwp photovoltaic power generation projects in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, Limin Town, the territory, the project the area is rich in solar energy resources, less the surrounding residents, the construction of the project of field area of ecological environmental impact is very small. Through the construction and operation of the project, can accelerate the local social environment changes, increase the local fiscal revenue, increase employment, promote local economic development.After the optimization of the project design, the project of annual average equivalent utilization hour from 1344 h design phase of the rise to 1534 h, project static investment 17730.53 million yuan, lower than the design phase 662.39 million yuan; with a total investment of the project 18172.97 million yuan, compared to the design stage, reduce the 676.62 million yuan.
