Road passenger express as a kind of logistics business mode, extending from the traditional transport consignment business, use the surplus space of passenger car baggage compartment, relying on the highway passenger transport network, to offer small parcel express service. But in recent years, the development of high-speed railway passenger transportation causing shrinkage of highway passenger lines and the pressure coming from the competition of express industry, lead to the development of the business model into the bottleneck period. Through mutual cooperation between enterprises, adopt the alliance mode, resource sharing, complementary advantages and network operation become the possible breakthrough development. Dissertation aiming at the road passenger express league and "same-day shipping" service products, the road passenger express service network design and its profit distribution problems, provide service network design scheme, operation plan and profit distribution mechanism, to help road passenger express enterprises create alliances, enhance the competitiveness of road passenger express products and network service ability, has certain research value and practical significance.First of all, in carding existing theories of logistics alliance, express and transport service network design, road passenger express service network design framework is put forward. The framework gives the value of road passenger express and the service product positioning and designing ideas, based on the organization characteristic and time-space characteristic, put forward the concept of road passenger express service network alliance mode, design goal and organizational structure, with complementary advantages and resource sharing, realizes the network resources across organizational boundaries.Secondly using discrete space-time network representation, with constraints of space constraints, cost constraints, capacity limits, using a series of segments and nodes, road passenger express service network dynamic concept model is established; With the objective of minimizing total operation cost, choosing the traffic distribution of trans-arc, delay-arc and end-arc as decision variables, set up "same-day shipping" road passenger express dynamic service network design model, and use the commercial optimization solver to solve the problem; Then consider alliance members’ contribution to total revenue service network resources and ability, based on generalized resource contribution, the profit distribution model is proposed to determine the income proportion of each league member.Finally according to the advanced resources of the main line and branch line passenger transport enterprises in Liaoning province, build a road passenger express alliance to offer "same-day shipping" road passenger express service. Then construct a road passenger express service network, with the practical operation data. Applying road passenger express service network design model and the generalized resource devotion degree alliance income distribution model, gives the express service scheme, the flow distribution and alliance income distribution plan. Application example analysis shows that the scheme has certain technical and economic feasibility of road passenger express service network for alliance considering the operation efficiency and the interests, and can support the members to coordinate the income distribution.
