E-commerce has grown rapidly and industrial scale has been expanded rapidly withthe widely spread use of Internet. The rapid development of e-commerce market promotedthe rise of express industry and made the express industry become the fastest growingsegment in the logistics industry. Online shopping turnover and users increased year byyear with the rise of online shopping. But the corresponding express service is relativelybackward. At present, most of express enterprises providing services couldn’t meet theneeds of online shoppers, and which hindered the development of e-commerce. Thedevelopment of e-commerce in the future can faster and faster and online shoppers’demands on logistics service will higher and higher. How to quickly respond to the needsraised by the users becomes an urgent problem to be solved for the express enterprises. At present, distribution modes of large-scale e-commerce enterprises mainly have theself-dominated distribution mode, the third-party logistics distribution and the mixeddistribution mode. Theself-dominated distribution mode can quickly respond to users’demands. Hower the third-party logistics distribution modecan satisfy the users’ specificneeds. Due to the inseparable and complementary relationship between e-commerce andexpress industry, it is essential to establish a more stable relationship between them.Combining these two industries into a dynamic alliance and establishing a reasonableincome distribution mechanism become an effective solution for logistics bottleneck.Establishing dynamic alliance, e-commerce enterprises and express enterprises need toconsider some impacts, for example market opportunity, information platform, selection ofpartners and income distribution mechanism. Reasonable income distribution mechanism isthe key for success of dynamic alliance. Most scholars only consider the contribution andrisk. This paper comprehensively considered contribution, risk, initial investment andknowledge absorption and built income distribution models considering respectively. Thenit determined the various factors affecting the relative weight coefficient of income distribution applying AHP value method, and finally completed the establishment of acomprehensive income distribution model. Finally, this paper took an empirical analysis asan example, conducted practical calculation and analysis applying the comprehensiveincome allocation model built by multiple-weights Shapley value method. The results showthat income allocation strategy can achieve a fairer and more reasonable incomedistribution.
