| The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy, the the foundation underlying all efforts to build the country, the implement to rejuvenate the country, the basis of enhancing comprehensive national strength and an important embodiment of a country’s scientific and technological level and international competitiveness。Along with Chinese economy’s gradually entering into the “New Normal†and the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution, as the basis of several development strategies including Germany’s Industry 4.0, American Industrial Internet and Made in China 2025, the Digital Factory Technology has become the development phase the manufacturing industry will inescapably experiences and the only path our country must pass to become a powerful manufacturing country。Under this background, CCYD Company puts forward its requirements for the construction of digital factory, which aims at enhancing enterprises’ informatization and automation level and achieving the digital control and management of the whole value chain including purchasing, research and development, production and marketing through the construction of digital factory, hence, shortening the R&D cycle, lowering the cost, improving the quality and enhancing the production capacity。First of all, this paper summarizes that the connotation of digital factory is an integrated organization mode that uses the relevant data of product life cycle as its basis, makes product R&D information, manufacturing process information, enterprise management information and resources and materials information digital, integrates the emulation technique, virtual reality technology, experimental verification technique, information technology, automation technology, industrial engineering technology and enterprise management technology through the computer, combines the virtual software world and the real hardware world and emulates, analyzes, verifies, optimizes and monitors the product design, factory arrangement, process planning, processing method, experimental verification, equipment tooling, logistics planning, production management, quality control, business process and enterprises’ planning program。 It also describes the digital factory’s features, divides the systematic frame of the digital factory and introduces the application of plant simulation software in the digital factory。Secondly, this paper combines the construction demand and actual situation of CCYD company’s digital factory project and presents the digital factory’s construction principles including “planning on the top and advancing by layersâ€, “choosing appropriate technology and focusing on actual effects†and “drawing supports from talented outsiders and systematically implementingâ€ã€‚ It divides the construction of the digital factory into three aspects including R&D process digitization, manufacturing process digitization and management process digitization, introduces the CCYD company’s construction content in these three aspects separately and the main launching projects in the next step, puts forward recommendations to establish two iconic systems of the digital factory which are virtual simulation platform and the digital monitoring center and formulates the construction goal and planning scheme of CCYD company’s digital factory。In the end, aim at applying the emulation technique and optimization technique on the production line improvement in the construction of the digital factory, this paper emulates and optimizes the clutch’s assembly lines. It also puts forward basic procedures for the emulation and optimization, introduces the operating principle and structure of the clutch and the assembly technique of the clutch cover and driven plates assembly, describes the optimization method of the production line from the perspective of lean production, utilizes the Plant Simulation software to conduct the modeling and simulation of the clutch assembly lines, analyzes the operation of the simulation model to find out the existing problems, combines the simulation results to formulate the optimization goal and optimization scheme, conducts the modeling and simulation on the optimized clutch assembly lines and verifies whether the optimization scheme of clutch assembly lines can meet requirements。... |
