Study On The Development Of Integration Of Tourism Industry And Cultural Industry In Jilin Province

The swift development of integrated industries has become the most distinct feature in industry world nowadays.Jilin Province aims to thoroughly implement the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee, to accelerate the transformation of development concepts, to set up the ideas of innovation, coordination, green initiatives, and sharing, and to speed up the upgrading of old industrial bases.Tourism industry and cultural industry are two important focuses of optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in Jilin province. The integration of tourism industry and cultural industry plays a significant strategic role in economic development. Because it is not only to achieve sustainable development of the tourism industry and cultural industry but also to help form the developmental mode of quality-benefit centered economy, and it will be able to constantly provide creative vitality for the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of old industrial bases in Jilin Province. Therefore, the research on the integration of tourism industry and cultural industry in Jilin Province enjoys both theoretical and practical significance.This thesis consists of six chapters. First comes the introduction part. In this part, the author clearly describes the background and significance of this study, analyzes the related documents from all aspects, and briefly states the main content and the research methods. In the second chapter, the author discusses the concepts of tourism industry, cultural industry and industrial integration, and expounds the main research theories to guide the overall expansion of the study.The third chapter puts focus on the development achievements and problems of tourism industry and cultural industry in Jilin Province and the stage accomplishments of integration of the two industries.In the fourth chapter, the author deeply analyzes the advantages of integration of the two industries from the aspects of industrial properties, policy, and the consumption and demand of tourism and reveals the feasibility of this integrated development. In the fifth chapter, the author analyzes the outstanding issues that exist in the development of the integration of tourism industry and cultural industry in Jilin Province in view of the deficiencies of macro design, inflexible system and mechanism, which paves the way for the birth of some policies for industry.As the key content of this thesis, in the sixth part, the author puts forward several countermeasures about how to promote the integration of tourism industry and cultural industry in Jilin Province from the following aspects: plannings, policies, guidance, and support from the government, environment optimization, scientific and technological applications, personnel cultivation, highlight of the development of clusters, and exchanges and cooperation of different regions.The author do hope that this thesis can have the academic circle exert more research on tourism industry and cultural industry in Jilin Province, and provides references for the formulation of development policies by our authority and related apartments and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
