| In recent years,the development of Chinese economic has entered a period of steady growth which is called “New Normal”.How to promote industrial restricting and economic development and explore the new growth points of economic has become one of the main goals of China?s economic development.Tourism industry as the “sunrise industry” is the driving force of China?s economic growth in recent years.And the cultural industry as one of a development potential industry,the 17 th CPC National Congress has clearly pointed out that we should vigorously develop it.In 2009,the Ministry of Culture and the China National Tourism Administration issued the relevant guidance and clearly pointed out that we should promote cultural industry and tourism industry combined.Also,they pointed out some measures to promote cultural industry and tourism industry combined.Industrial convergence tends to blur the boundaries between the two industries,and these two industries are mutually infiltrated,crossed and extended under the premise of social development and technological progress.Industrial convergence theory is the theoretical basis of industrial convergence.Recent years,China has vigorously promoted the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure.Although the development of our country?s cultural industry and tourism industry has made some achievements,there are still some problems in the development of these two industries.The phenomenon of industrial convergence is the advanced stage of industrial development and the advanced means to adjust the industrial structure.There is a natural connection between cultural industry and tourism industry.Promoting the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry is conducive to promoting the development of these two industries and promoting the industrial restructuring and upgrading and promoting the growth of economy,so that the cultural industry and the tourism industry bring more economic benefits.As the pillar industry of Yunnan Province,the tourism industry has developed rapidly.But there are some problems in the development progress.The problem of environmental pollution caused by waste of tourism,the tourism scenic chaos and the lack of infrastructure construction of tourism restrict the development of tourism industry.As early as 2010,the cultural industry added value in Yunnan Province has become one of the six provinces in China that the proportion of cultural industry accounted for more than five percent of GDP.In the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure,the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry will play an important role.In this paper,based on the literature review of the cultural industry and tourism industry,combined with the current situation of the development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Yunnan Province,this thesis analyzes the integration mechanism of the two industries from the industry convergence.The coupling degree model is used to analyzing the integration of the cultural industry and tourism industry in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2015.And at the same time,author chooses the data of neighboring province to make a transverse correlation.The empirical results show that the condition of cultural industry and tourism industry in Yunnan Province is getting better year by year,which is better than Guizhou Pro vince,and the same as Guangxi Province,but behind of Sichuan Province in the western region in our country.Through empirical analysis,we find the relationship between the sub sectors of cultural industry and tourism industry in Yunnan.Based on the research results,this paper explores the path of cultural industry and tourism industry in Yunnan Province.The thesis puts forward some solutions of improving interaction from government,the market,the enterprise and the external environment and so on so as to excavate the potential of the development of the cultural industry and tourism industry and promote the stable development of economic of Yunnan Province. |
