Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Wuhai Based On The Integration Of Cultural Tourism Industry

The transformation and upgrading of cities is an important way to realize the sustainable development of resource-exhausted cities.Because of economic conditions,ideas and other factors,our country and most cities of the world pay attention to industrial development,neglect urban transformation in the process of urban development and miss the opportunity of transition,resulting in the depletion of the city due to resource depletion.This phenomenon is common.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the five goals of the new development concept on the basis of the formulation of the"13th Five-Year Plan".The concept includes innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing.It profoundly clarifies major issues that under the new situation in which what economical development and society should realize and how to realize the development.It is an important strategic guide of China's economic and social development in certain stage.Cultural innovation is the important ideological foundation of building a harmonious new city,the core content of urban development index and comprehensive competitiveness,the greatest potential of urban innovation and development,and it has profound influence on the future development prospect and direction of the city.As scholars pointed out "culture is the future economy".As a service industry in the emerging industry of the tourism industry as all resource-based cities in the transition will be one of the content,in the face of expanding domestic tourism market,how to make it as a real economic transformation of the city reflects the real transformation for people's benefit.This paper takes the transformation and upgrading of Wuhai City as a research object.Based on the current situation of urban development and the development of cultural tourism industry,this paper uses public management theory,new economic growth theory and urban life cycle theory,to demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of cultural tourism industry in the process of promoting the transformation and upgrading of Wuhai city.Through the analysis and comparison of the two similar type of urban cases,the essay put forward the cultural tourism industry to promote the transformation and upgrading of Wuhai city countermeasures and suggestions.In addition,the paper explores a new path for other resource-exhausted cities in the country to provide reference for transformation and upgrading.
