The competitions among finance industries become more and more fierce,and a high qualified grass-root staff team is important for development and progress of enterprise. The competence of grass-root staff influences the development of enterprises directly. ABC Liaoyuan branch as the second-level branch of ABC, which is the big state-owned listed commercial bank, paid more attention to the grass-root staff training since 2010, and had made great progress. But the grass-root staff training still exists many shortcomings. When ABC Liaoyuan branch make the grass-root staff training plan, the analysis for grass-root staff training needs is not enough, and ABC Liaoyuan branch cannot formulate the reasonable training plan from the perspective of staff. In the annual training plan, there only have single business training, and have no comprehensive quality training. The training courses are single, and are also professional courses. The content of training course is boring and lack of innovation. Most of training teachers come from the bank only.Training system is imperfect, lack of corresponding appraisal system and the supervision system. All these problems influence the employees’ enthusiasm of participating in training intensely, and the improvement of employees’ competence. Also have a bad influence in the business development and talent pool of ABC Liaoyuan branch.Based on the above problems, this paper takes grass-root staff training of ABC Liaoyuan branch as the research object. On the basis of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs,this paper makes use of the questionnaire survey and interview method, and studies the grass-root staff training program of ABC Liaoyuan branch from the training project, training courses, training teachers, and assessment system. On the basis of the original training program, Liaoyuan branch optimizes the professional training, and increases the training program according to the characteristics of the staff. Liaoyuan branch improves the curriculum development and the strength of teachers, establishes supervision and evaluation system, strengthens the management of the training process, and also puts forward corresponding human and institutional guarantee measures.The purpose of this paper is to improve the training program of ABC Liaoyuan branch, and enhance the effect of grass-root employees training of ABC Liaoyuan branch. And then improve the grass-root employees’ comprehensive quality and work enthusiasm, and promote the development of Liaoyuan branch.
