With economic growing fast,enterprises are faced with huge challenge,such as various requirement from customers,increased operation cost and more and more competitors.Then it is a big problem how to make stable progress in the unstable environment.As we known,the training is the key to maintain the healthy development of enterprise,the junor staff training is especially more important.Enterprise managers persuit economic increase by junior staff working.So more enterprises pay attention to improve staff technical skills and knowledge,it is urgent to find a effective way to training junior staff.Based on the theory of training,I make a survey at the grassroots staff,and find out the existing problems in Cornelius(TJ)Co.Ltd,Department Manager's low support,practical content,lack of standardization,training satisfaction is low,unreasonable training time arrangement.Through further analysis of the above problems,the main reason affecting Cornelius Tianjin Corporation grass-roots staff training are the lack of training needs of staff,not satisfied staff participation,weak training management.we propose suggestion to solve these problems and provide security measures when implement the plan.I hope the study of this paper couid provide reference to.reference to similar enterprise,and help their training to work more smoothly.
