Research On The Development Of Shaanxi E-commerce Model Based On Cloud Services

With the new development economic, the Internet, cloud computing and big data should be combined with industry in order to promote industrial transformation and upgrading of the "Internet +" strategy has been proposed. The Internet has penetrated into many aspects of the industry. In business activities aspect, it is the application of e-commerce.Shaanxi province has introduced several policies to support the popularization and deepening of e-commerce applications. However, there are many limitations in the traditional electronic commerce application model, which hindering small and medium-sized enterprises and individual operators to participate.In this paper, in order to explore new ways of e-commerce development in Shaanxi,the development of the industry in Shaanxi has been fully investigated and the obstacles of e-commerce has been cleared. It combines with the development of current technology information and the latest application achievements, determines the direction of the use of cloud services to promote the development of electronic commerce. Based on the contrastive analysis of the domestic and international cloud services solution, the way of supporting the development of e-commerce in Shaanxi industry, the Shaanxi e-commerce development model which based on cloud services have been proposed in this paper.Cloud computing services can provide support for e-commerce but selecting of a different application according to the specific situation of the industry and enterprises is necessary such as: Electronic information, energy and chemical industries should take a private cloud to build e-commerce platform to build the Shaanxi electricity suppliers brand;Tourism industry should adopt a hybrid cloud platform to build a comprehensive tourism cloud(a one-stop travel related services). Agricultural industries such as fruit should mainly select the third party electronic commerce platform to carry out the electronic commerce quickly. Finally through empirical study of Shaanxi coal trading center, cloud service based mode of e-commerce development is then feasible.
