Reserch Of The Mode Selection Of Cloud Computing Based ERP

The predecessor of ERP is MRP, which was initiated in1950s. So far, theproblems brought by technical defect remain to be solved.Cloud computing is the hotspot at present, for it has many advantages such as low hardware cost (for public cloudonly), professional maintainers, high augmentability, low requirement for clients. Theadvantages exactly correspond with the defect of traditional ERP. That’s why we needcloud ERP.At first, based on the knowledge of ERP and cloud computing, the thesisproposes four available model of could ERP. Secondly, the thesis finds the key factswhich influence the performance of ERP system by interviewing ERP users. Finally,the thesis uses AHP to analyse the data from ERP specialists, and gives the conclusionthat SaaS ERP fits the small businesses best, and private cloud ERP fits the large andmedium-sized enterprises best.There are three innovation points in this thesis:(1) The thesis establishes the four-level cloud ERP selection model in the form ofAHP.(2) The thesis collects the data for AHP by questionnaire. The participation ofspecialists ensures the specialization of data, and the group decision raise theobjectivity of results.(3) The thesis analyses the influence weight of indexes between each level andthe upper level by yaahp application. Based on the analysis, the thesis concludes theoptimum cloud ERP model for different kinds of enterprises.
