The Development Present Situation And The Countermeasures Of The Raspberry Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Raspberry has been known as the third generation golden fruit for it is highly valuable in nutrition and medicine and its planting techniques are simple. In current international market,the total demand of raspberry is about two million tons, but the annual output is only about forty tons. In fact, original raspberry planting counties in the world are western countries, but because of the comparatively higher labor cost in those countries, the raspberry plantation gradually transferred to Chile, China and other developing countries in last ten years. In our country,raspberry was first plant in Heilongjiang province and its production has continuous increased in recent decade. Along with the development of raspberry industry, there are many problems reared up in aspects of species, planting techniques, preservation, processing procedure and salesmen in production processes. These problems hinder the further development of raspberry industry. Therefore, this survey aim to obtain some solutions to promote the healthy development of raspberry industry in Heilongjiang.Basing on the overview of current development situation of raspberry in China and abroad,this studied raspberry’s cultivation areas and production, main species, import and export markets, price tendency, present situation of further processing, research situation other relative factors. By adapting investigation and questionnaire method, this paper collect a great number of information of interview from growers, consumers and processing industries in main raspberry planting areas such as Shangzhi, Binxian, Jiamusi, Linkou and other places.Furthermore, through document seeking as well as consulting experts in fruit tree scientific research, production and management, this paper analyzes the causes of problems emerging on the thorough analyses of present developmental situation of raspberry in Heilongjiang. On the basis of the above, this paper brings up corresponding solutions to facilitate the raspberry industrial development in Heilongjiang. The solutions and suggestions are listed as follows:(1). Heilongjiang province has sound planting foundation and natural condition.(2). The planting area and output of raspberry is stably increasing in Heilongjiang, the planting areas have expanded from 2000 hectares in 2013 to 3453 hectares in 2015 along with the output has increased from 12500 tons to 16950 tons. New species was introduced, summer fruit trees like Fertodi are productive and the fruits are more bigger, the autumn raspberry canresist against the problems in winter planting, this largely reduce the planting costs. Nowadays,the raspberry sales mainly rely on frozen production export, other processed productions like wine, juice and jam only accounting particular small market share.(3). The basic problems exist in raspberry production in Heilongjiang are as flow: few of professional seedling nursery, so the fruit species still needed to be refreshed. What’s more, the raspberry’s production and the planting mode were not in a normalized and mechanical way,what worse, raspberry processing industrialization has not been formed and there are no good market environment and effective marketing means. What causes these problems are that the support of government is not capable enough, leading enterprises are not good guides, the development of research and technology is comparatively lagging behind, quality testing systems are not standard and the general public do not obtain enough relevant information of raspberry.(4). Upon the problems analyzed above, this paper present some solutions to promote the development of raspberry. First, the government should introduce relative supportive policy and protect the industrial resources vigorously. Second, the relevant departments should also support the development of raspberry leading enterprise, establish the standardized demonstration base and seek the sustainable development of raspberry industries in Heilongjiang. In addition, it is necessary for us to learn and draw the advanced international techniques, set up international testing standard for quality and instruct and create a sound consumer market environment,and to enhance investment in scientific research in raspberry industry chain each link.
