Research On Contribution Degree Of Influential Factor To Industrial Green Transformation In Shi Jiazhuang

In recent years, Shi Jiazhuang attracted much attention because of environmental pollution and even was called "haze" with air pollution index peak of 500 in 2013 and the city list of relatively poor air quality in the next two years.There are four main reasons which cause serious pollution of the air quality of Shi Jiazhuang. The first is a large number of coal consumption and coal-burning pollution can reach more than 50% in the total air pollution. The second one is the explosive growth of motor vehicle and following great exhaust emissions. The third one is the limited geographical position and meteorological conditions which make it difficult for pollutants to spread. The fourth is the rapid growth of real estate under the policy of "three years changed out". The geographical position limits is beyond of human ability and motor vehicle problem can be solved by number limited, while the rest two problems point directly to the economic structure of Shi Jiazhuang. In the economic structure of Shi Jiazhuang, the proportion of industrial output value reaches forty-five percent and the heavy industry reaches beyond fifty percent, which means a great deal of energy consumption and industrial pollution. As a key part in economic development, industry should make transformation and upgrading so as to achieve sustainable development. Industrial green transformation adapts to the current trend of green economy, which not only can effectively release the pressure of environmental pollution and energy consumption but also can ensure steady economic growth. This article is to explore the influencing factors of Shi Jiazhuang industrial green transformation and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions according to contribution degree.The green transformation means the change of development way, that is, from high consumption and pollution of extensive development mode into intensive development mode of low pollution and low consumption. Based on the existing literature, this paper summarizes the definition and characteristics of green transformation, and extract the main points of the green transformation which have impact on Shi Jiazhuang industry from five angles through summarizing different scholars’points. At the same time, the empirical analysis is to use the econometric regression model as a tool in this paper by contrast of forefathers’ research method.The paper is divided into four main parts. The first part is industrial green transformation status analysis which includes industrial structure, energy structure and industrial pollution situation analysis by referring to decoupling elasticity index and other relative data. The second part is the contributing mechanism analysis of influential factors, which belongs to qualitative research and the influencing factors include industrial policy, industrial upgrading, technology advancement, human capital, foreign capital five aspects. The third part is the empirical analysis. Every influential factor is numerical and being introduced to econometric model. After the model set and test process, the contribution degree could be got. The fourth part is countermeasures and suggestions. In combination with the practical situation of Shi Jiazhuang, according to empirical results, final suggestions are put forward from government, society and enterprise three parts.
