As post-90s are becoming the major party of the cosmetic companies, how to manage these young people has since been the focus of business and academic community. However, there has not been any fixed management pattern or theory for reference until now. Basing on the behavior features of post-90s and the characteristic of cosmetic companies, this thesis tries to propose a new kind of incentive mechanism for the new generation of staff.At the beginning, the incentive theories, team incentive, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and the related research status in China and abroad are introduced. Then the problems existing in the incentive level are concluded and summarized basing on the behavior features of post-90s and the characteristic of cosmetic companies. The existing problems are analyzed from the form of questionnaire and individual interview. Lastly, solutions are proposed to solve the existing problems, a case of implementing a new kind of incentive mechanism in cosmetic companies is given, the feasibility and practicability have been verified. In a conclusion, this thesis intends to assist the cosmetic companies to develop and adopt an appropriate incentive measures to decrease the demission rate and increase the team cohesion.
