The final valid sample consisted of86R&D teams from10IT firms. The results of hierarchical regression analysisindicated that team creative efficacy fully mediated the positive relationshipbetween team autonomy and team creativity, inter-team competitive climate andteam creativity. However, the interactive effects of team autonomy and inter-teamcompetitive climate on team creativity were not significant. In the end of the study, the understanding of the findings, the theoreticalcontributions, practical implication, the limitation of the present research, as wellas the future research direction were discussed.
