Under the background of globalization, innovation is the basis of the enterprise’s survival and only innovation can the enterprise be in an invincible position. With the development of the Internet, networking, cloud computing, big data, especially the mobile Internet, the relationship between enterprises and the Internet have become more and more important. Analysys the fifth mobile Internet Expo in 2012, the international chairman of Analysys Yu Yang first put forward the concept of "Internet plus", then "Internet plus" was promoted to the national strategy. With the coming of "Internet plus" era, enterprises have entered an age of open innovation based on internet. Under a such background, it is impossible for the enterprise to achieve innovation only relying on their own strength. Therefore, in order to achieve innovation, the enterprises must strengthen cooperation with the external subjects, and integrate internal and external resources. Social capital is an important factor which can help the enterprise gain external resources and realize the internal and external resources integration. Combined with "Internet plus" era background, this article analysizes the impact of corporate social capital on enterprise’s innovation from two perspectives of internal corporate social capital and external corporate social capital.Firstly, through the methods of literature analysis, the paper has an analysis of the development of corporate social capital under the background of the "Internet plus", mainly expanding the meaning of each dimension of corporate social capital; Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward the model of social capital influencing on enterprise innovation and the paper’s research hypothesis; then, I collect date through questionnaire and have an empirical analysis; Combined with empirical analysis methods, The paper analysises the impact of social capital on enterprise innovation. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, I have drawn the conclusions:Under the background of the "Internet plus", enterprise external social capital including longitudinal relationship capital, transverse relationship capital, social relationship capital has a significant positive effect on enterprise’s innovation, especially the longitudinal relationship capital can promote enterprise innovation. That is to say, the relationship between the enterprise and the user innovation community, suppliers can promote the enterprise innovation; The paper also believe structural dimension, relationship dimension and cognitive dimension of enterprise’s internal social capital has a significant positive influence on enterprise’s innovation, and the structural dimension of enterprise’s internal social capital especially can promote the enterprise innovation; namely, the social interaction among members of enterprises and departments can promote the enterprise innovation. The paper also puts forward some suggestions about how enterprises achieve innovation, hoping to provide reference for related research and enterprises’ practice.
