| In recent years,corporate social responsibility issues have frequently occurred,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Research on corporate social responsibility at home and abroad is constantly being updated and improved.In the process of participating in market competition,in addition to paying attention to the internal human capital,financial capital,product and technical factors,enterprises also need to pay attention to the fulfillment of social responsibility and the impact of corporate social responsibility on the competitiveness of enterprises.With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,Internet companies have grown rapidly.Due to the media effect of the Internet and the characteristics of easy dissemination,Internet companies need to fulfill their social responsibilities,and of course they are more likely to go astray.In recent years,the lack of social responsibility of Internet companies has frequently appeared,which should attract the attention of the Internet industry and pay attention to corporate social responsibility.The positive impact on the competitiveness of enterprises should also pay attention to the improvement of social benefits while paying attention to the development of enterprises.This paper aims to study the relationship between the social responsibility of Internet companies listed in China and the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly,the paper summarizes the main concepts of this research,and studies the corporate social responsibility,enterprise competitiveness and the relationship between the two.Secondly,combining the stakeholder theory,the social responsibility of Internet companies is divided into seven parts,namely The social responsibility of shareholders,creditors,employees,governments,customers,suppliers,and social welfare,and then the impact mechanism of corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness;then designed the enterprise competitiveness index system,including scale factors,growth factors,Efficiency factor:three factors,seven indicators,and select the enterprise scale and enterprise time as the control variables.Based on the data of 190 sample samples of 38 Internet listed companies in 2013-2017,the statistical software stata14.0 is used to quantify the relationship between the two.Factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out,and the relationship between social responsibility and corporate competitiveness of Internet companies in China was obtained.The study found that:enterprises actively fulfill their responsibilities to shareholders,creditors,governments,customers,and social welfare,and promote the competitiveness of enterprises;enterprises fulfill their responsibilities to employees,and their competitiveness is not verified;enterprises actively fulfill their suppliers.Responsibility,whether the current competitiveness is improved,the lag period will promote the competitiveness of enterprises;the company’s social responsibility in the current period will not only help the current competitiveness,but also help the competitiveness of the lag period.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions. |
