Just like organisms, enterprise is an organic integrity, which has its own set of operation mechanism and method.And the senior management team for companies is like the brain of the organism, which coordinates and arranges all of the enterprise behavior.If the senior management team structure is unreasonable, that is equivalent to a biological brain necrosis, and will affect the future growth of the organism and even lead to death. So to build a high efficient, reasonable structure of senior management team is the equivalent of an organism to obtain a high intelligent brain, which is benifical for theenterprise investment and operating management with efficient and high quality.Meanwhile, it is able to respond in a timely manner when dealing with the opportunities and challenges, which is advantageous to healthy and stable growth for the enterprise in the future.Thus,to study the characteristic of senior management team is to study the brain of enterprise with efficient operation, which is conducive to advanced manufacturing industry to have targeted chioce of top-managers,thereby composes high efficient, healthy and reasonable brain to eventually achieve steady and fast development for the enterprise.In this text, four dimensions and a total of 12 indexes are selected to build the enterprise growth evaluation system,so firstly, SPSS21.0 software evaluation system within 12 indicators is applied for principal component analysis.And put forward four unrelated principal component factors according to the results of the analysis;build the evaluation model of enterprise growth; calculate growth points of the sample enterprises, and is studied as explained variable.What’more,In the empirical part,This article has a descriptive statistics for the senior management team background and heterogeneity characteristics of two dimensional seven indicators and have a preliminary understanding of the variables;have line collinearity inspection on exlanatory Variable and Control Variable, xamine the presence of collinearity between variables,wich affect the result of the multiple linear regression, and correlation analysis of all the variables.Finally SOSS21.0 software is used to establish multivariate regression model, and have regression analysis and inspection for explanatory variables andcontrol variables to get relevant conclusions.The main conclusions of this paper is as follows:In terms of age, advanced manufacturing age heterogeneity is significantly theleading role of enterprise growth and the average age and growing show significant negative correlation relationship.Therefore, the enterprise can introduce relatively young executive, so as to achieve lower the average age of the senior management team and improve team’s age heterogeneity.In terms of education, the average education level and the proportion of senior titles and enterprise growth, and the greater the degree of difference in a team, namely the heterogeneity of education,unfavorable to the development of the enterprise.Therefore, the enterprise can encourage executives to learn again or find the introduction of highly educated senior executives and senior titles,To improve the proportion of senior titles and average education level, reduce the internal heterogeneity of education.In terms of composition, the senior management team heterogeneity and the size of the team and the enterprise growth was positively related to relationship,Therefore, the enterprise can introduce female executives, in order to improve the gender heterogeneity of the enterprise, and according to the scale of the enterprise,the number of executives can be appropriately increased.
