Cement as raw materials, infrastructure construction with the high-speed development of national economy, China’s cement industry as a whole has been developing rapidly, the production has many years ranks first in the world, but the industry enterprise development gap is larger, the structured problems, most of the small and medium enterprises is the lack of competitiveness.In relative surplus production capacity, product homogeneity serious, improve technology level under the condition of limited space, marketing strategy formulation is vital for t he development of the enterprise.For the cement industry accounts for larger for small and medium enterprises, change the traditional price competition as the core of the marketing strategy is imminent.Sanling factory plant as an example in this paper, based on the plant marketing present situation analysis, including the development of sanling factory, enterprise target market, sales of cement products, target customer, and distribution of cement enterprises, enterprises in the province is currently the main marketing strategy and so on carries on the analysis, pointed out the problems of sanling factory’s marketing strategy, and analyzes the causes of these problems. Sanling factory’s plant for existing problems in the current marketing strategy, comb ined with the modern enterprise marketing theory, from product, price, distribution, promotion four square in the face of enterprise marketing strategy optimization design.In recent years, the grim situation of cement industry, the market demand for lower, middle and small scale cement enterprises realize that the competition more fierce and brutal, strives for the development in the competition, this article through to the marketing strategy analysis and optimization of the sanling factory’s plant design, in order to the industry of higher other small and medium-sized cement enterprises to provide reference and make it better to deal with the fierce market competition environment.
