Study On Investment And Financing Mode Innovation For Tourism Project From Industrial Integration

Chinese tourism industry has undertaken to meet the era of industrial integration. Industrial integration brings a new round of the golden period for the tourism project investment and financing. The traditional modes of the tourism project investment and financing are not enough to meet the new requirements in the new era. At present, there are determined problems in the tourism project investment and financing. It is a pressing task to construct an investment and financing mode which matches with the Chinese economic system and has characteristics of the times. Exploring the new mode of tourism project investment and financing from the perspective of industrial integration has become hot in both of the academic circle and the practical field.This research is built on the ideas that from the theory to the practice and then to explore the theory of sublimation. By using research methods such as macro analysis joined with micro analysis, literature research joined with empirical research, qualitative joined with quantitative, it makes a deep research on this thesis.By researching on research results, this thesis finds that the foreign research mainly focus on empirical research and macro theory but ignore medium and micro levels, in contrast, the domestic research has just started, value theory research and research scope is narrow which mainly focus on the integration with real estate, finance, Internet and other areas. On the basis of analyzing the problems of the domestic and foreign research results, this paper focuses on the industrial integration and uses case group as the research object to extract the new mode of tourism project investment and financing in the new era.At first, this thesis studies the related concepts of tourism projects, industrial integration, investment and financing mode, modern economic theories. Through analyzing the current situation of the investment and financing modes of tourism projects, and then researching the impact of industry integration on them, the paper finds out the defects and bottlenecks of the tourism project investment and financing mode in China which create the possibility of innovation.Because of the investment and financing mode needs to be settled in practice to achieve the project expected benefits, this paper makes research by constituting a case group from representative projects in the tourism area and non-tourism area. Through the multi-dimensional analysis and clustering evaluation, the paper concise out innovation points and innovation mechanism of investment and financing mode. Based on this, this paper has divided into the innovation mode system of the investment and financing of tourism projects from Industrial Integration according to two different categorizations, has forecasted the innovation trend in the future tourism projects and provided the basic path to realize the innovation.From the overall perspective, this paper has researched systematically on the tourism project investment and financing mode from industrial integration. The conclusion of the study has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of investment and financing in the tourism field.
