Research On The Investment And Financing System Of Tourism Industry In Jilin Province Based On The Whole Region Tourism

For a long time,the tourism industry has always been an industry that can stimulate the national economy and meet the spiritual needs of the people.Jilin province not only has rich tourism resources,but also has a long history of tourism culture.After proposing the plan for the whole region tourism,The tourism industry in Jilin province is more capable of driving the development of other industries,conducive to the rapid economic development of Jilin province,although Jilin province is rich in tourism resources,the development level of tourism industry is seriously asymmetric with the tourism resources of Jilin province.The main cause of asymmetry is Jilin province's current financing mode of tourism industry and weak financing capacity.In this paper,the tourism industry in Jilin province needs to develop and inject capital into the tourism industry,through the analysis of the tourism industry index combined with investment and financing,research the relationship between the two and mechanism of action,and the tourism industry investment and financing system innovation,make the Jilin province thriving tourist industry.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:First,analyzing the domestic and foreign research status,this paper mainly introduces the development status of tourism industry in tourism industry and tourism industry by experts and scholars at home and abroad.Secondly,the basic theories of tourism industry,investment and financing and the whole region tourism are analyzed,based on these theories,it is meaningful to study the investment and financing system of tourism industry in Jilin province.Thirdly,through the layout of the tourism industry in Jilin province based on the whole region tourism,and focusing on the construction of the tourism industry in Jilin province,using the data of the tourism industry in Jilin province,the investment and financing gap of tourism industry in Jilin province is calculated by Grey model,through the analysis of the financing gap,the problems in the investment and financing system of tourism industry in Jilin province are found,the feasibility analysis of these problems is carried out.The forth,research on the overall investment and financing system of tourism industry,through the investment and financing subject,investment and financing mode,investment and financing platform,investment and financing mechanism of Jilin province tourism industry investment and financing system of innovation,so as to further perfectJilin tourism investment and financing system.The fifth,case analysis,from the perspective of global tourism,Jilin city has been named as the whole region tour demonstration unit.Therefore,the investment and financing system of tourism industry in Jilin province is applied to the evaluation of operation effect in the whole area tourism project construction of Jilin city.The sixth,through the evaluation of the operation effect of the tourism industry investment and financing system of Jilin city,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The paper expatiates on the two aspects: expanding the strategy of investment and financing of tourism industry in Jilin province and optimizing the external environment of investment and financing.Based on the background of global tourism,this paper discusses the integration and development of tourism industry and financial industry,to promote "tourism +" in Jilin province indicated the direction,on the asymmetry between tourism industry development and tourism investment and financing in Jilin province,the coordination is given in the following aspects:investment and financing mode selection,investment and financing subject cultivation,investment and financing mechanism perfect,the respect such as investment and financing platform to build innovation in Jilin province tourism industry investment and financing system,and proposes suggestions.
