In recent years, China’s economy has entered a period of comprehensive deepening of reform, and the economic development of presents "the new normal". Our country’s economic is the typical coexistence of various economic ownership. In the strategy of searching for new economic growth engines, realizing economic restructuring and upgrading, and sustainable development, the industrial structure of our country will have a large-scale adjustment, and the allocation of resources will be further optimized. As one of the important ways, developing mixed ownership and strengthening cooperation among different kinds of capital plays a more important role for the current Chinese economy with more significance. At present, the mixed ownership reform of the state-owned enterprise of our country is in full swing, and as a main way of it, introduction of non-public capital into state-owned enterprises has fairly rich and mature research results as well as successful practice. However another important way of the mixed ownership reform, which is introduction of state-owned capital into non-public enterprises, tends to be ignored in terms with its importance and universality, it is quite common in practical application, though. In view of the above situation, this paper, on the basis of public data, personnel interviews and field work, has carried on a preliminary study and exploration on the introduction of state-owned capital into non-public enterprises with the case of the introduction of state-owned capital in company Z.Compared with public enterprises-especially state-owned enterprises-there exist problems in non-public enterprises for the development of the enterprises themselves and the nature of ownership differences. In recent years, this is getting more prominent and significant; thus reform has become the inherent requirement of the survival and development of non-public enterprises. After analyzing the problems of non-public enterprises, the author deems that against the background of China’s current economic development stage and mixed ownership reform, the effective way of solving the existing problems of non-public enterprises is the mixed ownership reform, implementing the strategy of introduction of state-owned capital. The choice of different kinds of state-owned capital is a realistic problem for non-public enterprises. Taking Company Z as an example, this thesis conducted a quantitative evaluation of the introduction of state-owned capital into non-public enterprises. Based on the clarification of factors and weight of the choice of state-owned capital, this paper built a Weighted Product Sum Method evaluation model of the choice of introduction of state-owned capital into non-public enterprises, and carried out a quantitative analysis of company Z.Through a tracking study of implementation measures and effects of introduction of state-owned capital in company Z, this thesis verified the validity of the Weighted Product Sum Method evaluation model of the choice of introduction of state-owned capital into non-public enterprises, and found that the introduction of state-owned capital into non-public enterprises enhanced the running quality of mixed ownership enterprises. On the basis of practical verification, this paper explored the corporate governance and performance improvement after the introduction of state-owned capital into non-public enterprises, in the hope of making useful guidance to similar cases in practice.
