The Research On The Development Of Family Farm Breeding And Innovation Of Agricultural Mechanism In Fujian Province

To correspond with the demands of the time, both the government’s issuing of the polices of agriculture, countryside and peasant for the thirteenth time and people’s increasing awareness of food safe problems, it is urgent to fasten the construction of modern green agriculture systems. As one of the effective methods, the sustainable development of family farm breeding will certainly become a huge motivation. The paper starts with the comprehensive introductions to the definition and features of family farm breeding. Then, it reveals the current situation in Fujian province with the field research statistics from the perspective of four theories:Land Property Right Theory, Economics of Scale Theory, Agriculture Industrialization Theory and the Institutional Change Theory. Next, the paper makes an empirical study of the actual effect and influence mechanism applying the multi-logistic regression model, and reveals the existing problems. Finally, it puts forward with some specific advice and solutions.The thesis, applying the multi-logistic regression mode, analyzes the actual effect and influence mechanism combining with qualitative and quantitative research methods and figures out that the mechanisms of policy subsidy, talent cultivation, agricultural insurance and land circulation have positive and significant impacts. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the construction of agricultural mechanism and establish effective agricultural mechanism. By document analysis method, the paper interprets the definition, organization patterns, the existing problems and targeted solutions of family farm; and by questionnaire survey and semi structured interviews, it reveals the current situations of Fujian family farm, including the amount, policy support, management industries and economic benefits. It is found that the amount of family farms is increasing every year; the per capita net income is up to 70,000 Yuan in 2015,6 times as the rural per capita net income 12454 Yuan. Those who applies ecological management pattern reach 100,000 Yuan, which shows the advantages of the pattern. However, few families tend to utilize the ecological management patterns. Moreover, the paper points out some problems and difficulties existing in financing, talent cultivation, agriculture insurance, agricultural social service system and land circulations, which impedes the development of the family farm breeding in Fujian province. And then it ends with some specific advice on family farm breeding and mechanism innovations.
