Study On The Restrictive Factors And Cultivation Path Of High-quality Development Of Family Farms In Chengdu

With the continuous advancement of China ’s rural revitalization strategy,cultivating family farms has become an important way to solve the problem of "who will farm the land",alleviate the contradiction between more people and less land,and promote the development of agricultural modernization.Family farm,as the main body of new agricultural management,together with professional cooperatives and ordinary farmers,forms the foundation of modern agricultural management system.Because the number of family farms is difficult to increase and the pressure of competition is great,the important trend of the development of new agricultural management entities is to promote the high-quality development of family farms.Chengdu is a megacity in western China.Its agriculture is relatively developed,but due to the constraints of land and other resources,the number of family farms is limited,and its high-quality development problems are increasingly apparent.Here are some questions that need to be answered,which is of great significance to promote the high development of family farms in Chengdu and other regions : First,what is the current situation of family farms in Chengdu? Secondly,what difficulties and constraints does its high-quality development face? Finally,how to effectively learn from the successful experience of other regions to promote their own high-quality development?Since the first family farm in Chengdu was registered and established in 2013,it has experienced three stages of explosive growth,stable growth and quantitative transformation in 10 years.Now Chengdu ’s family farms have entered a stage of high-quality development : from a simple stage of quantitative growth to a stage of both quality and efficiency.For the high-quality development of family farms,Chengdu has provided such favorable conditions as superior physical and geographical conditions,dynamic urban modern agriculture development environment,modern science and technology,relatively developed socialized service system and strong supportive policy system.However,in the initial stage of high-quality development,there are still constraints such as lack of skilled management personnel,increasing difficulty in transferring facility land and land scale,imperfect infrastructure,lack of systematic brand building,difficult and expensive financing,and incomplete risk sharing mechanism.By consulting the typical experience of family farm development at home and abroad,the main points are: improving the land transfer system to achieve moderate scale management,cultivating new professional farmers to promote efficient development,perfecting the socialized service system to improve management efficiency,promoting modern science and technology to improve production efficiency,increasing policy financial support to enhance market competitiveness.Through the investigation of the restrictive factors of family farms in Chengdu,this paper puts forward six high-quality development paths of family farms in Chengdu based on the experience of typical family farms at home and abroad: intensive development,green development,brand building,standardized development,digital farms and linkage development.At the same time,in order to provide effective guarantee for the high-quality development of family farms in Chengdu,six countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,including deepening land reform,increasing tax incentives for family farms,improving financial and insurance services,building agricultural infrastructure,improving the new professional farmer system and creating a good industrial ecosystem.
