Research On The Influence Factors Regarding To The Operation Willingness Of Family Farm In Tea Industry In Anxi County

In 2013,the concept of "family farm" for the first time appeared in a central file,the file pointed to encourage and support professional contract land to large,family farms,farmers'cooperatives transfer,the development of various forms of appropriate scale.Fujian Province is the country's tea-producing province,Fujian tea industry is an important livelihood industry,its rise and fall directly with the province's agricultural efficiency and rural incomes and rural stability associated with it.Anxi tea industry is the largest traditional industries and an important livelihood characteristics of the industry.Over the years,the rapid development of tea industry for the economy and the people's material and cultural living standards Anxi County has made important contributions to the tea industry has become a pillar industry in Anxi County.However,the current business model is simple,Fujian extensive tea production,tea production mainly in the production and operation of the majority of families,scattered and small-scale production,resulting in decreased efficiency landslide,gradually increasing phenomenon of abandoned tea workers,seriously hampering the overall competitive strength,using family farm operated tea industry has become a new form of management in agriculture.Family farms both conform to the new current trend of China's agricultural development,but also to break the stability of the future of our agricultural operations and continuity of the main problems is an important carrier of intensive agricultural production go,scale and modernization,the development of modern agriculture is of great significance.However,the main business revolves around the family farm,business scale,legal status and policy support has become an urgent problem.Based on 240 households survey data in Anxi County,analysis the tea famer potential impact factors through Logistic about the tea famers manage ambition.It was found that education,agricultural income accounted for the proportion of total household income,the scale of management,expected output and corresponding policies are positively correlated;age and expected input are opposite correlated.Therefore,we can perfect tea transfer system,expand the scale and the government provide the appropriate financial support and other policies to foster the family farm in tea industry.
