With the development of human society from the industrial economy to the era of knowledge economy, and the first ten year in twenty-first Century has been fruitful, the business and development of Enterprises give more and more attention to organizational learning and knowledge management.Knowledge economy not only influences the development of organization management, but also the organizational structure change, the traditional mode and structure of enterprise management has been unable to keep up with the pace of the development of the era, knowledge has become the main resource of enterprises in the fierce market competition to keep production and development and win the sustainable competitiveness.At this time, learning organization and knowledge management theory came into being. Learning organization and knowledge management are the product of the era of knowledge economy, they have close interaction and integration, the learning organization is one of the carriers of the implementation of knowledge management, and knowledge management is the core and essence of learning organization.But in the current theoretical research, at home and abroad, the research on learning organization and knowledge management integration is relatively more, but there is still a lack of empirical research on how the learning organization have effect on knowledge management, and then the impact on the performance of the enterprise. The two almost parallel development has not been fully combined. Under this background, this study explores the relationship between learning organization, knowledge management and enterprise performance, and focuses on the mediating effect of knowledge management on the relationship between learning organization and enterprise performance.At the same time, in order to make the research more accurate. In this paper, the learning organization is divided into four dimensions: learning system, organizational culture, independent team and strategic leadership.The knowledge management is divided into three dimensions: knowledge development, knowledge integration and knowledge utilization. This will further understand the learning organization, knowledge management and business performance of the two two mechanisms between the three variables and the influence relationship among different dimensions To make the research results more credible and persuasive, and it has more specific guidance significance.This paper puts forward the research hypothesis and model construction on the basis of literature review,the theoretical model is made on the basis of the existing research.Thescale is selected on the basis of the empirical study at home and abroad. And then, on the basis of relevant research, this paper puts forward 15 hypotheses about the influence of learning organization and knowledge management on enterprise performance.Through the questionnaire of the release and recycling, and the use of descriptive analysis, reliability and validity testing, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on the proposed assumptions and models were verified, the positive relationship between organizational culture and corporate performance, and the positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management are not verified by the two hypotheses. Basically proved learning organization, knowledge management and enterprise performance are significant positive correlation, and validated the knowledge management in the learning organization and enterprise performance between play fully the mediation role in a certain extent. The rationality of the model is proved.Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions of the study, pointed out the shortcomings of the study and the prospects for future research.
