Exploration On The Path Of Agricultural Policy Finance Under The New Normal Condition

Based on the general secretary Xi’s instruction,nowadays, our economy should proceed from the development of phasic characterization, the adaptation of current New Normal and remaining a sense of strategic normalcy."New Normal "was mentioned again in the Political Bureau convention in July,2015,which means "New Normal ",as a new crucial thesis, not only provides a new guiding principle for promotion sustainable and sound development of our economic society, but also puts forward a new overall requirement of financial management transition. Our bank should accelerate the transition based on "New Normal "and fully meet its demand.Agricultural Development Bank of China, as the only agricultural policy-related bank,should keep pace with the times,deeply understand our confronting opportunity and challenge,emphasize the function orientation of policy-related bank. At the beginning of 2016.Xie Xuezhi, the chairman of Agricultural Development Bank of China, fully deployed the strategy of bank strict management and business layout, indicated the idea of new leader group and bank development path,and arranged the reform and development of the whole bank in the future. The year of 2016is the beginning of "13Five Year Plan" and also the key of policy-related bank reform. Based on the enforcement of states’ will,meeting the need of "agricultural,rural and farmer "and following the trinity rule of bank.
