In recent years, more and moreaffluent people in our country, especially the commercial banking institutions, the development of the private banking business. Current our country late high net worth population is the accumulation of wealth, in the future there will be a lot of rich people in age care period, through ten years of service, they will have a deep affection to private Banks, then for the future of private banking provides excellent opportunities for development. A bank also gradually from the level of the headquarters of integrating resources available within the group, map, in the overseas market to find the best investment channels, to find potential investment opportunities, A bank will put the private banking services into A professional, comprehensive, global services, to meet with the demand of the private bank customer service, will eventually force in each big bank’s private banking business top, become outstanding domestic private banking.In this article, through research the private banking clients both at home and abroad and mode analysis for branches of private bank customer service mode. After through analysis and five model analyses the macro environment, industry environment and competition situation, find out the development of private banking business is facing the main opportunities and threats, and it is concluded that the total weighted points with the help of external factors matrix. Through the analysis of its internal resources and core competence, and find out the development of the main advantages and disadvantages of the private banking business, and it is concluded that the total weighted points with internal factor matrix. Then, based on the analysis of external factors with the aid of matrix obtained branch duty strategy, developing private banking business need to take the opportunity, threat, on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages by using matrix combined with the characteristics of the private banking business is concluded that the branch can adopt differentiation competitive strategy, and expounds the concrete connotation of differentiation strategy implementation service mode, service contents and service personnel to the difference of the three aspects. To make a differentiation strategy is operational, the author designed the concrete implementation plan of the differentiation strategy and supporting measures.
