Migrant’ income is an important part of "three rural", recently,great changes occurred in the rural economy.that more migrant engaged in off-farm jobs, and wage played important role in farmers’ income, Income structure has changed. Individual characteristics and environmental factors affect differences in off-farm employment and wages.Reflected in the wage differential between the return on the wage rate and return on education, occupations, sectors, regions and industries.Using CHNS microeconomic survey data, starting from the structural changes in income and non-farm employment, analyze the changes of wages of migrant workers. Analyze characteristics including gender, age, education level, health status, of migrant workers wage income, and Wage differences in the external environment, regional, sector, occupation, etc.Specifically, divided into the following sections:First, analyze the farmers’ income structure, off-farm employment and the status and trends of wage income of farmers.Second, made a cross-analysis between gender, age, education, regiona and wage and compare the differences level of wages between individuals.Third, Based on occupational point of view, using econometric models analyzed the differences between migrants’occupational employment and occupational wage returns.Fourth, on this basis, draw conclusions and recommendations herein.Through the above analysis, it found:Off-farm payrolls increased and wage increased, wage income of farmers has become an important source of income. With increasing age, wages rise in line with the downward trend after the first.The higher level of education, the higher wagesThe same level of education, urban has higher wages than rural and of younger employment structure. Eastern farmers’educational level is higher than the central and western regions.Most ordinary workers engaged in occupation Education is an important factor affecting employment and wage differences between farmers, the east region with the highest wages.
