Over the past few years, in different parts of the globe unpredictable market environment, competition in the industry led to a global customer focus and mass customization. Intensified market competition, product homogenization phenomenon more and more serious, through product differentiation to create competitive advantage has become increasingly difficult, leading enterprise management from product-centric model to a customer-centric gradually mode shift more and more companies realize the importance of customer relationship management. We must clearly know how to do customer management, in particular the strategic grasp of customers, how to strengthen the loyalty of strategic customers, every business to gain an advantage in the competition, the primary objective of maintaining steady business forward.By analyzing KONE strategic customer management analysis, enterprise access to internal staff consultation, part of the strategic customers to analyze consumer demand, combined with their own work experience, collect the relevant information industry, the strategy of KONE Existing customer management diagnostic analysis to identify the main problems in the KONE customer management strategy:customer relationship management awareness is weak, the lack of effective identification of strategic customers, strategic customer management system is imperfect.
