It’s the important and biggest port in china. By researching Sui Fen He Port, to analysis the issues of the Sui Fen He Port in management, and to seeking approach of the efficiency of the management.Empirical method has been used in this paper on how to improve the management efficiency of the port. Through the survey path of interviews and questionnaires to analysis this case, to analysis the reason of the issues. And talk about the solution of the questions. Then by building markets, reducing procedures, increasing facilities of E-port, open the special way to check trains, and providing multi-platform for cooperation, to improve Sui Fen He timber import port management efficiency, to reduce the cost of wood products processing enterprises, and to achieve purposes of wood products industry development.
