Decision Model And Application Of Animal Husbandry Projects Based On Grey Correlation-TOPSIS Method

To promote the development of the Animal Husbandry industry, stable supply and consumption of it, the state has adopted policies to support the Animal Husbandry sector,such as, to arrange special funds to support large farming.family ranch, farmer cooperatives,the agriculture leading enterprises,to establish a standardized Animal Husbandry farms, thoroughbred subsidies, grants and other animal epidemic prevention.A series of initiatives to support the country so that the Animal Husbandry industry has been developed rapidly, animal husbandry output value increased year after year, the enthusiasm of Animal Husbandry producers were increased. However, with the continuous improvement efforts to support the projects, the investment and scale is expanding,the number of the projects are increased every year, national project reporting increasing emphasis on the assessment, project management department needs the feasibility of the project scientific proof, analysis the project implementation benefits,strict checking to ensure the efficient use of financial resources.On the basis of animal husbandry projects evaluation study on academics, the paper introduced the connotation and characteristics of animal husbandry projects, animal husbandry projects preferred concept, the principle of decision-making.
