While the environment that the corporation faces is more and more complex and changes faster and faster,the corporation must carry out strategic change to become strong in the dynamic environment and achieve sustainable development.And the success of the strategic change of corporation cannot achieve without scholars have in-depth study of strategic change. Most of the existing research on strategic change are based on the aspects of organization, they are less of the attention of senior managers. The strategy is originated from the mind of the senior managers,while senior managers thinking is cognitive, so this paper provides a new framework for thinking about various problems encountered in corporate strategic change from the perspective of cognition and makes people who proceeds strategic change can conside the nature and the sourse of the problem in strategic change.First,the paper summarizes a large number of related literature,and carry out the hypotheses and theoretical model based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars and the upper echelons theory and strategic change theory from the angle of cognition.Then this paper introduces the design methods and the process of collect data.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper collect data and analysis them by using SPSS software to test the hypothesis proposed.Then,summary the results of the study.Finally,the article pointed out the shortcomings of this study,and provide a reference for future research.The results of this study show that: urgency cognition and manageability cognition can positively affect the strategic change tendency; urgency cognition and manageability cognition can positively affect the innovation strategy;manageability cognition can negatively affect imitation following strategy; urgency cognition and manageability cognition can positively affect the speed of strategic change;the environmental dynamism play a positive regulatory role in the influence of urgency cognition on the strategic change tendency;the environmental dynamism play a positive regulatory role in the influence of manageability cognition on innovation strategy;the environmental dynamism play a positive regulatory role in the influence of urgency cognition and manageability cognition on speed of strategic change.The innovation of this article is from the angle of cognition,put aside the assumption that the senior manager completely rational and from the cognition of senior manager.So,it has certain innovation in research.At the same time,this paper inports the environmental dynamism as the regulating variable when researching the influence of senior manager cognition on strategic change and studies the influence of senior manager cognition on strategic change under the adjustment of environmental dynamism.The research on this field is little,so this article is a supplement to the field.
