With the development of China’s market economy and the efficiency of agriculture, there has been surplus labor in rural areas. More labor gradually move to the city departments. The emergence of a large number of peasant workers, becoming the he main force of labor of economic development in our country.In 2013, the national bureau of statistics survey on the current situation of rural employment, the results showed that the size of the peasant workers gradually increases, the proportion of peasant workers who accept skill training has also improved, more and more out of the rural peasant workers worked in the second and third industry. This presupposes that the labor force resources in China are all reasonable configuration. But low wages relative to the urban residents, low labor contract signing rate, the household registration system as well as the peasant worker’s low competitive human capital affects the peasant workers employment stability. The employment durability of the peasant workers impact on enterprise earnings, and hinder the development of rural employment workers, finally affect the process of our country’s economic development and social stability.Therefore this article use employment workers related data in Changsha city, using Cox proportional hazards model to make empirical analysis about the internal factors which influence the stability of China’s employment workers employment. The results showed that the individual characteristics of employment workers, the characteristics of human capital and employment characteristics have influences to the stability of the employment, especially the employment workers of the household registration system, the labor contract signing rate, employment environment and their own human capital factors have great effects to the stability of the peasant workers’ employment. So according to the statistical results, this article is trying to explain some economic phenomenon about the employment of peasant workers in the labor market from our country in order to find countermeasures and suggestions which is good for the stability of the workers’employment. For example, the promotion of the human capital of employment workers, to strengthen the construction of enterprise to the employment workers employment environment, to set up fair perfect system and the public employment service system from the government, to consciously improve their own quality, to promote the rural employment workers in exchange of information with enterprise, in order to promote rapid development of our economy and stability of society.
