Employees are the most active core banking product innovation and development of the main driving force. Therefore, to establish scientific and effective performance management system, through the reasonable management methods, can greatly stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, make its innovation, thus promote the development of enterprises.In this article, according to the theory of performance management, key performance indicators (KPI) and the balanced scorecard method as the instruction, performance management research in domestic and foreign Banks, on the basis of the rural credit cooperatives in hunan province on the basis of performance management present situation has carried on the comprehensive research and analysis, employee performance management thought to exist the following problems:lack of strategic guidance, performance goals, and performance appraisal lack of rationality, has yet to establish performance management and performance coaching communication module, the result of the performance evaluation has not been used in human resource system have been wasted.Based on employee performance evaluation index system of performance of the professional division of labor, only by building the hierarchical classification system, in order to realize the individual evaluation, to improve performance. For different workers should use different evaluation methods, such as comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensive, head of the department performance, customer management performance and personal qualities, customer manager performance oriented evaluation method of customer management, management positions KPI evaluation method is adopted..Finally, the paper points out that the program still need to continue to improve, in-depth study of how to integrate human resource management and organizational structure, business processes and other modules to integrate into the corporate culture of the bank, more scientific design decomposition of the performance indicators for rural Hunan Province Credit Union employee performance management tailored to the needs assessment, the establishment of data warehouse technology-based, KPI performance appraisal for the element of specialized systems, to create performance and contribution of Heroes distribution system performance and improve the overall competitiveness of the market.
