The economic organizations in the world are basically the development of the family business, family business as the embryonic form of economic development is the most common form of ownership and management in the world. China’s most extensive range of private enterprises, the proportion of family business has reached about 90% of the total number of private enterprises. With the development of China’s market economy, the family business has played an invaluable role in the development of China’s national economy. Although has the vitality, but under the circumstances of "rich, but three generations", is also facing limited life, inheritance barriers, and many other worries. In terms of their own development, how to make the family business to avoid the plight of the growth is facing an urgent need to resolve the contradictions. Therefore, study on the factors affecting the sustainable development of family enterprises and puts forward the effective countermeasures of social scholars should pay attention to the subject.I argue that in many factors of affecting the sustainable development of enterprises, executive team as the most valuable human resources occupy an important proportion, leading enterprises to tackle tough, vigorous development of backbone, domestic and foreign literatures also of executives of the importance given research and affirmation. However, in different cultural backgrounds, different industries and areas, TMT’s influence on firm does not have a unified answer, even the opposite argument. Even in the management of family enterprise, due to the different selection of sample, executive team actually plays what role, and how to influence the growth of enterprises, also does not have sufficient research in the research literature. So this paper mainly based on SME board listed companies selected 154 family business between 2010 and 2014 data analysis, on the growth of quantitative indicators and build up the evaluation system; then respectively, starting from the heterogeneity of the four indexes and the stability of three indicators of its senior management team characteristics and family business growth between the relationship. In the part of empirical analysis, this paper first according to the existing theory hypothesis, then use descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis, enhance credibility and effectiveness, and ultimately determine the conclusions of this paper are as follows: In the family business executives heterogeneity dimensions, between senior members between the age difference and the growth of family enterprise presents negative correlation; executive members between education level difference and the growth of family enterprise presents negative correlation; executive members between the differences in term of office and the growth of family enterprise has no significant relationship between the negative correlation; senior members of the compensation difference and the growth of family enterprise; in the dimension of stability, the executive turnover tendency and family business growth is negatively correlated; executives shareholding changes and family business growth there is an inverted U-shaped relationship; executive members serving independence and family business growth there is a positive relationship between u.Finally, according to the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the conclusions of this paper, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of TMT family enterprise internal management and the prospect of future research.
