How to improve the stability of the team has become an important theoretical and practical issue in the domestic and international business and academic circles.SZSM smart city technology department team was founded in 2014, is an independent research and development team from the SZSM group’s engineering stripping out of the smart city application products, technology research and development, pre sales and project management team. With the rapid development of the company’s business, the technical team has also been a relatively rapid expansion period, the team is relatively stable. But since mid 2015, the team stability appeared some serious problems, and the impact to the business development team. In this study, the theory of team management, team communication, team motivation, organizational identification as the basis, take the domestic and foreign research results for reference, through the investigation and interview on the inside of the SZSM smart city technology team, analysis technique team currently in the team stability appears some problems, leading to the discovery of stability factors of effect of the technical team, and in view of the problems SZSM smart city technology team stability, from the aspects of team communication, team motivation, career development, team identity finally put forward the favor the team stability lifting scheme is proposed. |
