The development of the world economy is more and more embodied in the form of integration,and more enterprises take the form of international development,the world economic development is facing more difficult,the role of outstanding talent is also more obvious.To a large extent,the size of the enterprise's competitiveness is the important condition for the enterprise to develop and maintain the sustainable development.Paper in the process of conducting,Mr Hambrick mainly refer to the ham and mason on the concept of "upper echelon theory",in order to our company as the research object,by more than 200 effective samples data,mainly to the enterprise's senior management team as well as their understanding of the strategic change and performance of the company's short-term problems are studied,emphasis during using the statistical method and heterogeneous characteristics.Statistics inside mainly USES the length of the term,the level of education and the concept of education age;Heterogeneity inside the main USES and statistics corresponding to the basic concepts,main difference is that the average.All the data from questionnaire issued by recycling the valid data.Through to the senior management team heterogeneity and strategic change is to explore the relationships between cognitive and enterprise performance,so as to build a theoretical model and empirical data analysis,this paper get the following conclusion:(1)the functions of the executive team heterogeneity has a negative correlation relationship on business performance.Through the above study,in our country enterprise's senior management team,if the function of executive team heterogeneity,the higher the performance will be reduced.(2)the education of senior team heterogeneity has a negative correlation relationship on business performance,it shows that in our country enterprise's senior management team,the higher education heterogeneity,enterprise performance is poorer,and vice versa.(3)in the senior management team heterogeneity and firm strategic transformation in the study of cognitive,executive team heterogeneity for the strategic change of cognitive,assuming that there is only one got the research functions of the executive team heterogeneity strategic change cognition there is a negative correlation relationship with the company.This means that the functions of the executive team heterogeneity is higher,its perception of strategic change will appear deviation,which could lead to the company cannot change in strategy.(4)top management team in strategic change of cognition and there is a positive correlation between the corporate performance.This means that the senior management team for the cognitive degree of change in business strategy are close to,is to improve business performance has a positive role in promoting.(5)in the study strategy can change the cognitive in the senior management team heterogeneity and enterprise performance play an intermediary role,the author found that the perception of enterprise strategy change to the senior management team play an intermediary role in the heterogeneity of education and enterprise performance,this suggests that the strategic change of individuals can play the role of bridge between the two.(6)In team cohesion to the senior management team heterogeneity and whether there is a regulation between enterprise performance,the author found in regression analysis,team cohesion of the functions of the executive team heterogeneity and enterprise performance has a positive role.In this paper,the possible innovation points are as follows:In this paper,strategic change this concept is one of the most important thing I think,he is likely to be so for many years scholars for the research of our country has not been too great success and direction have been no major reason,right now the definition given by the academic circles of multifarious,there is no a unified point of view,and may be related to strategic change,so this is what we are an innovative point of this article.And strategic change in previous studies tend to appear in adjusting the position of the variable,this article will be strategic change cognition as intermediary variable for research.Also is one of the innovation of this paper point.At the end of the paper there are still some problems:First of all,this article studies have not to make a research on characteristics of the industry or enterprise nature.These differ from previous research.In the author's research,however,due to the difficulty of data collection is bigger.And although is the study of executive team but in fact there is only one team,a company that makes data collection is harder.Secondly this article the research samples selected companies most of the state-owned enterprises,and many to subsidiaries of data.This is the result of the research produce some homogeneity.Also,based on the selection of enterprise performance scale,chosen is subjective measurement scale.In previous studies mainly on the company's financial performance is given priority to,more data on the reliability of the results will be relatively close to the actual.Finally,this article only more than 200 data samples,a total of 36 senior management team.Although meet the basic requirements of data analysis but the amount of data is too small,can't particularly clear reaction heterogeneity effect on the corporate performance.
