With competition in silicon parts market which are used in semiconductor industry tightening, a brutal price war has started. Many companies find it quite hard to afford the high cost and fussy request from customers. If you want to stand firm in the hot market, you have to persist in cutting costs. However, the traditional methods are no longer effective as before, you have to explore new ways. So, S company puts forwards an idea of integrationSupply chain integration is not a novel concept. Some core manufacturing firms make vertical integration by purchasing related factories in order to reduce cost and lean close to customers. However, S company is a trading company, its strengths and weaknesses are completely different when it tries to do supply China integration. The first trial will make great significance to S company’s future business model innovation.This thesis will start from the introduction of S company’s present business status. It will sort out its problems and difficulties, opportunities and threats. Detailed integration method will be interpreted so as to find out some effective ways to reduce risk. We try to give some suggestions on some critical problems. SWOT analysis, SCOR analysis, Key account marketing and other methods are used. We try to keep objective when describing this. Hope this will do some benefits to S company’s future development.
