Since 30 years of reform and opening up with the rapid development of China national economic, the quantity of Chinese high net-worth population keeps growth. Because of the demands for wealth safety, value added, children education, high-quality healthy care etc, they are aiming overseas market, but the different legal environment, asymmetric information and the professional skill require Overseas Fortune Management Corp. By author’s working experience, the paper studies how to work out competitive strategy of Overseas Fortune Management and make its development healthy.The paper takes NT Corp. as objective, overviews the theory of strategic management, and analyses their competitive strategy through the following steps. Firstly, find out the NT Corp. external opportunities and threats by PEST analysis, Porter’s five model and EFE matrix tools; secondly, get the NT Corp. internal advantages and disadvantages by the core competitiveness analysis, value chain analysis, and IFE matrix tools; thirdly, get each choices of NT Corp. competitive strategy by SWOT analysis; finally, determine of differentiation strategy from the perspective of market segmentation by QSPM matrix and previous information.The paper concludes the key points on how to implement NT Corp.’s competitive strategy, which include:set up an exclusive strategic alliance, attract the experienced professionals, work out the reasonable target, establish an effective incentive plan. The strategic security include:Definition of business partner, dynamic management, optimization of the products and services, schedule the annual business plan, build up client’s database, establish a return visit to enhance customer stickiness.The innovative and practical guiding conclusions of this paper include:1, Complementary cooperation for those companies which has weak channels in domestic and strong products channels in foreign.2, For the small overseas wealth management companies, they can start from the niche market that is ignored by large companies, to settle its long-term development direction. The author hope to get the key points of cross-border wealth management by analysis and researching, to provide a valuable theory and practical reference for all overseas wealth management consulting company.
