The Research Of The Condition And The Model Of Free Trade Zone In Chengdu

Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, our country to create a free trade zone is not to form a policy of depression, but through institutional innovation to form the reform of experimental field, which promotes the transformation of economic development. At present, China has approved the establishment of the four places which are in the eastern coastal areas, the central and western provinces and cities are actively expanding FTZ construction work which is included Chengdu. Based on the FTZ construction boom, this thesis uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop the research on these problems, such as FTZ construction of Chengdu initial conditions, function and mode selection, the key points of FTZ construction. The main work of this thesis is as follows.Based on the induction of initial conditions in domestic and foreign construction of FTZ, through the factor analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Xi’an, Guiyang FTZ construction conditions. The results show that Chengdu has a good condition of constructing a free trade zone in terms of economic development, opening up and transport capacity.In the analysis of the function and mode of construction of free trade zone in Chengdu, this paper uses the Grey Relation Entropy Analysis method to quantitatively evaluate the influence degree of various typical functions of Chengdu district on the city’s outward oriented economy. Then, the construction model of Chengdu free trade zone is selected scientifically. According to the results of the entropy correlation degree, the Chengdu Free Trade Zone in the early days, can construct a scientific and technological type FTZ according to the scientific and technological advantages. At the same time, with the constant development of Chengdu FTZ, finally Chengdu should build a comprehensive free trade/one.Take consideration of the present functional situation and the selected construction patterns of the FTZ in Chengdu, this article put forward the construction planning from two dimensions of time and space. At the beginning, Chengdu could learn the existing construction experiences from shanghai and other places. In the Medium-term, Chengdu can based on the Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, and focus on the construction of science and technology pattern of FTZ. In the long-term, Chengdu can take Tianfu Xinqu as the main area, to complete the construction of the comprehensive FTZ.In the building process of the free trade zone in Chengdu, it can reference the experience of other places, such as focus on the reform the system of the investment, trade, financial and regulatory regime, and constantly improve the Laws and regulations system. Besides, Chengdu should base on the inland location, strengthen the regional cooperation and communication with surrounding areas such as Chongqing, which will do good to the construction of the FTZ in Chengdu.
