Research Onnanning-kunming Free Trade Zone

Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration,all countries in the world are expanding and deepening the economic and trade cooperation.China is in an important period of economic restructuring.Building a free trade area is an important part of our country's reform and opening up to the outside world.The seventeen Party's construction of free trade area has risen to the height of the national strategy.The eighteen demands for more free trade zones.The nineteen past requests have given more power to the free trade area and actively explore the trade free port.The establishment of free trade zone in China is not to form policy depression,but to form a reform experimental field through institutional innovation,so as to promote the transformation and development of the economy.At present,the 11 free trade zones approved by China are in the eastern and central regions where the economic development is better.While the southwest border areas are not strong enough,their strategic position is extremely important.They should actively cooperate to apply for the construction of the free trade area.In this paper,the qualitative,quantitative analysis method is used to make a concrete study on the significance,conditions,functions and mode selection of Nanning-Kunming dual nuclear fringe free trade area construction.The research work in this paper mainly includes the following points:This study is based on the theory of regional symbiosis,core-edge and other theories to explore the feasibility of the construction of the Nanning-Kunming dual core frontier free trade area.The necessity and feasibility analysis,laying the foundation for the study of construction mode;secondly in combination with the successful experience and the basic principles of domestic and foreign construction zone,free trade zone summed up the typical functions,the grey correlation entropy analysis method to make an objective evaluation of the park construction function selection and arrangement for the Nanning-Kunming dual core;borderfree trade zone construction design a reasonable mode;finally discusses how to realize the border free trade zone,Although in the process of construction in the future there will be some constraints,but the construction of the border free trade zone is the right move,conform to the regional economic integration,therefore,the two province based on geography,politics,resources and other advantages,should actively carry out cooperation.
