Research On Purchasing And Inventory Management Of DFZK Company In Single-Piece And Small-Batch Production Mode

DFZK company’s production process has the typical characteristics of the small batch production, constantly subdivided by the production department, mainly distributed in different projects for the unit management. The characteristics of small batch production mode makes the production quantity is less every time, and the process and technology of the design is not the same every time. This caused great pressure for the company purchasing and preparation. As DFZK extension of the company, combined with customer demand, it becomes more diverse. In addition, the company also pay more attention to corporate image shaping, and more strict to the requirement of product, which caused the delivery pressure is growing. Therefore, the company itself must improve the efficiency of funds, efforts to reduce costs, and establish a scientific and effective inventory management model.This thesis focuses on DFZK company problems of inventory management, and from two aspects of quantitative and qualitative analysis DFZK problems arising from the company supply chain management, and through the author’s own practice, grope for sorting out a solution. Because what material work mainly involves is buying and memory, so the thesis mainly through the purchasing department of DFZK company combing with inventory management business. First from the beginning of the organizational structure, and then sort out the specific process, combining with the characteristics of business functions and modular. After the author completed DFZK company problem research to explore the root causes, and to seek common way to adapt to the field, combining theory and practice, find out some practical and available measures, such as JIT, VMI and bar code. The author hope that his research can provide reference to similar company.
