Machine Parts Inventory Control In Multi-species And Small Batch Production Mode

With the advent of customized and diversified eras,in order to adapt to the ever-changing market and meet the individual needs of customers,the multi-variety,low-volume production model has occupied a major position in the machinery manufacturing industry.The parts and components of multi-variety,low-volume production and manufacturing companies are characterized by small scale of production and large number of products.Most of the parts that are custom-made or developed for the sake of innovation and are mostly non-standard products.The size,shape,technology,and functions of parts are numerous,and the processing requirements for different parts are also different.The processing procedures are complex,there are basically no production lines,and there are frequent outbound and outbound stores.Therefore,this type of company has difficulties of spare parts inventory management strategy.This paper mainly takes the typical multi-species,small-batch production model enterprise,namely SY Machinery Manufacturing Company,as an example,to study and analyze the current situation of the company's inventory,and according to the results of research and processing on inventory-related data obtained from the company's ERP system,Kingdee K3 software,it is found that SY company's inventory management needs to solve the problems,and SY company's parts warehouse for a detailed study.SY's spare parts inventory is relatively complex,including self-made parts and spare parts,spare parts for both demand and uncertainty,combined with modern inventory management control ideas,the company's inventory classification management.The method was optimized and improved,and corresponding inventory control strategies were adopted for different types of inventory components to regulate management.In view of the specific situation of SY Company's spare parts inventory,combined with the company's original ABC inventory classification method,this paper proposes an integrated model based on information entropy and AHP to improve the traditional ABC classification method,and divides the company's components into three types,respectively,to develop a corresponding inventory control strategy.In the formulation of inventory control strategies,the self-made parts and purchased parts were studied differently,and the key A-components were taken as examples to elaborate the parts' inventory control model.Most parts of SY company are parts with uncertain requirements.Therefore,this article focuses on the inventory control model of parts with uncertain demand based on the inventory control strategy.The inventory control model for uncertain demand for A-type outsourced parts is established for uncertain demand;and the inventory control model with newsboy problem is established for A-type self-manufactured parts with uncertain demand.Making inventory management to achieve targeted,reasonable standards,thereby enhancing the company's market competitiveness.
